With experience of programmes up to €32M CAPEX across automotive, banking and software, I bring the structure that critical initiatives need.
Financial services, automotive and regulated industries place particular demands not only on the technology, but on legal precision, contract design and regulatory assurance. As a trained lawyer with an LL.M., I bring a perspective a standard PM does not: I spot the risk in the contract before it escalates in the project.
AI delivers value only when it is introduced with structure: a clear business case, a realistic scope and a plan for change management. I support organisations from assessment through pilot initiatives to operational rollout, with an eye for the risks other project managers do not bring.
